We typically charge on a per-item basis. Our fees cover unloading, labeling, and basic packaging. Any additional packaging materials (such as bubble wrap) are charged at cost price, with the cost disclosed to you in advance, there are no hidden costs.

How long does it take from the time goods arrive at your warehouse until they are shipped to Amazon?

Standard prep processing (labeling and packaging) is completed within 24 to 48 hours. For large-scale assembly or specialized quality inspections, the timeline will be determined based on the volume of goods; we will arrange the initial shipment within 3 business days of the inventory being received into our warehouse.

What exactly does your 1-by-1 Quality Inspection cover?

We check for product cosmetic defects, basic functionality, packaging integrity, and barcode scannability. If any defective items are found, they will be immediately isolated, and a video will be recorded for your confirmation.

Can you handle products that contain batteries or liquids?

Yes. We are well-versed in MSDS requirements and the shipping compliance regulations for products containing batteries, and we support the shipment of both batteries and liquids. However, specific requirements depend on the shipment quantity and the regulations of the destination country.
